What happens when I submit my email address?

You should receive an email with a magic link to redirect you to your organization's profile. 

Check your spam folder.

If you submit your email and you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

What if our email is a distribution email for our organization?

• As long as you have access to the inbox, you should receive the email

Why is the link showing inactive or expired?

• The link can only be clicked once. It will expire if you have already used the link or if someone from the distribution email has clicked it. 
• Please log in and submit the email address to receive a new link.
