We currently support two types of e2open integrations within BiggerPicture:

1. e2open - Tendered Shipments

2. e2open - 3rd Party Appointment Requests

Direct e2open Tendered Shipments

Supported Actions:

• Schedule an appointment

• Reschedule an appointment

• Cancel an appointment

Coming Soon (Not Yet Supported):

• Add notes/comments to the appointment

• Retrieve notes/comments

• Reason Codes

Times are not matching up on E2open portal vs BP appointment selection

We are experiencing errors and are working on improving the reliability

Supported Actions:

• Schedule an appointment

Coming Soon (Not Yet Supported):

• Certain Required fields that have not yet been added [Geography, Drop Date] have been identified as those

• Reschedule or cancel appointments

• Split multi-PO orders into separate appointments
