RyderShare Integration

We support multiple Rydershare integration types. Please take a look at the details below based on your workflow.


Main Rydershare Portal

Supported Actions:

  • Schedule an appointment

  • Reschedule an appointment

  • Cancel an appointment

  • Select a reason code (if required)

Note:
If you encounter an error or your workflow includes required fields that are not currently supported, please submit a ticket with a screen recording and a description of your request so our team can review and support the enhancement.


Target-Rydershare (Coming Soon)

This is a separate integration from the main Rydershare portal.


Note:
Please use the Target-Rydershare integration once available.
If your workflow results in an error or includes unsupported required fields, submit a ticket with a recording and details for review.


3. Custom Rydershare Domains (coming soon)

Some partners may use a custom domain for their Rydershare instance.

Action Required:
Submit a ticket that includes:

  • The custom domain URL

  • A screen recording of your workflow

  • Details about any required fields or exceptions

This will allow us to review and determine support for your use case.
